It's one of the benefits of being an OLD broad... I saw ALL those great bands LIVE when I was young and living in Atlanta, Ga. The only thing that's good about that music dying out in the mid 80's is that THAT is the ONLY reason I got into Latin music. I came to NY in 1986 and could find nothing but that HORRIBLE "house" music in all the clubs. I HAD to find some other outlet for my dancing and thank GOD I was in the right place to hear SALSA!!!
